1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to modify orders once they have been processed.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard Shipping
Flat-rate shipping fee: $5.99 USD

Applicable shipping fees and free shipping eligibility will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

To ensure product availability and efficient fulfillment, orders are dispatched from carefully selected fulfillment centers.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 7–12 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

You may track your order via our Track Your Order page or directly through the carrier’s official website.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Oucgfad is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.

Any such charges incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take shipping concerns seriously.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at:

within 72 hours of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, subject to product availability.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Oucgfad is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

• Checking with neighbors or household members
• Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are happy to provide tracking details to assist with your inquiry; however, refunds cannot be issued for orders confirmed as successfully delivered.
